Hello Diary,
Today, I'm going to shop for my YES YES foods (food that are recommended for JJ Virgin's Diet Plan).  So the idea is to drop 7 foods, for 7 days and lose 7 pounds. How cool is that!!  Nutrition fitness expert, JJ Virgin says that's a great way to start. So here goes. I made a shopping list and headed out.
